Welcome to Cimarron Ranch Land Owners Association

Cimarron Ranch Landowners Association is in Catron County, New Mexico. Catron County is the largest county in the state, and it is also the least populated. We love our wide-open spaces and beautiful views of the hills and mesa’s all around. Being far from a city we have an array of stars and the Milky Way which can be seen without the interference of city lights. We love the natural beauty of our high mountain desert community. 

Cimarron Ranch Landowners Association is a non-profit corporation established in 1999. We have a Board of Directors who are responsible for maintaining our 20 miles of private roads and three community parcels for our two wells and our solid waste dumpster.  The Board of Directors are volunteers who are elected by the members and are responsible for our Architectural Control (ARC) and to ensure compliance with our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s).
