Welcome to Cimarron Ranch!

Cimarron Ranch Landowners’ Association is a non-profit corporation established in 1999.  As a Homeowner’s Association, it is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers who are elected by the members.  The Board is responsible for reviewing Architectural Review Committee (ARC) requests and ensuring compliance with our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).

The CC&Rs for Cimarron Ranch can be found here.  The CC&Rs and subsequent amendment for Red Hill East can be found here and here.  Please note that primary residential dwellings are required to have a minimum of 800sf, or you may vacation on your land in an RV for up to 180 days per calendar year.  While the rules within the subdivision are very reasonable, they will be enforced to preserve the beauty and property values within the neighborhood.

A small annual assessment fee covers limited maintenance for 20+ miles of subdivision roads and three community parcels for two wells and a solid waste dumpster.  As such, the ranch roads are private and are to be used only by landowners and their guests.  To ensure the safety of our members and avoid unnecessary damage to our roads, we recommend that you drive at a speed of 25 mph or less.  As the roads may not be well-maintained or passable at all times, drivers must exercise caution and use at their own risk.

The Quemado Fire and EMS Department operates a main station with a medivac heliport just outside the Cimarron Ranch subdivision.  Those interested in volunteering should email the Department at quemadofireems@gmail.com.
