Welcome to Cimarron Ranch! We are located in Catron County, New Mexico, which is the largest county in the State and one of the least populated. We love our wide-open spaces, abundant wildlife, and beautiful views. Being far from a city, an array of stars and the Milk Way can be seen without interference of city lights. We love the natural beauty of our high mountain desert community.
Cimarron Ranch Landowners' Association is a non-profit corporation established in 1999. Our Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining over 20 miles of private roads and three community parcels for two wells and a solid waste dumpster. The Board is comprised of volunteers who are elected by the members, and they are responsible for our Architectural Review Committee (ARC) requests and ensuring compliance with our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
